Jason G. Smith

Jason G. Smith brings a unique blend of experience and compassion to family law. With a B.S. in Business Administration from Shorter University (1999) and a Juris Doctorate from Drake University of Law (2002), he has been committed to serving clients' needs since his admission to the Georgia Bar the same year. Expanding his knowledge, Jason earned a Masters in Divinity from Southern Bible Seminary in 2013 and later became a member of the Florida Bar in 2016.

Alongside his legal career, he holds a handgun and firearms license, is a proud motorcyclist with a motorcycle endorsement obtained in 2023, and is pursuing his private pilot’s license. As a member of the American Sailing Association since 2016, Jason enjoys life on the water when he’s not advocating for families navigating the complexities of divorce, custody arrangements, and protective orders. With a conversational approach, Jason is dedicated to helping clients find the best paths forward in their family matters.
